Where's good to eat in Aberdeen?
There’s so much to do and see at our festivals that food can be placed on the back burner. But don’t worry, we’ve pulled together some of our top suggestions for cool and unique places to eat whilst you visit us:
Directly attached to His Majesty's Theatre this chic city centre restaurant is Aberdeen's only in-theatre experience. 1906 is contemporary dining at its best with character, flavour and style.
It was bound to be in our list wasn’t it? BrewDog originated in Aberdeenshire and today, the company is still headquartered here. The beer is obviously amazing but the food is well worth trying too, from chorizo hot dogs to their special ‘hopped up fries’.
Good, fresh, clean food, freshly prepared every day. This is one of the most popular places in Aberdeen and we know why – a tasty quick treat with very little guilt.
A quirky venue with delicious food, MUSA is also an art gallery and live music venue. It is set within a former church and was once a banana store, an art gallery, a music venue and even a burlesque night club.
Would you believe us if we told you this used to be a church? No? Take one look at the grand building and you will believe us! Today, Soul is one of the best and coolest places in town for a bite to eat – they do amazing burgers too!
It’s right on the banks of the River Feugh, so it has spectacular views of the river. Located in the charming town of Banchory, we can highly recommend the Afternoon Tea and exploring the pretty area after!
